We are informing you about “Display Name.” All the "Username" on the screen will be changed to "Display Name."

As we make this change on the platform, the new settings for "Usernames" will also be applied.

・Display Name

Your “Display Name” will be shown when you post comments during live streaming. The currently set "Username" will be used as the "Display Name."

Please enter a display name with up to 20 characters. No device-dependent characters or spaces are available.

The display name cannot be changed again for 60 days once it has been changed.

※Please note that your “Display name” may be seen by other users. We recommend not to use real names or personal information.

・Username

The new username will be unique to each customer and will not be displayed in comment sections.

Please enter a username with 3 to 30 characters using alphanumeric characters, "_" (underscore), or "-" (hyphen).

The username cannot be changed again for 60 days once it has been changed.

While the "Display Name" can be set freely, the username will be unique. If you wish to set a specific "Username," please change it as soon as possible.
