We deeply apologize for being unable to deliver the livestream of “hololive Summer 2023 3DLIVE Splash Party! Sunshine," scheduled for August 26, 2023 (Saturday).

 
We are in the process of refunding the purchased tickets. However, we apologize for the delay in the refund procedure and any lack of detailed guidance that you might have experienced. We have added supplementary information for customers who used Z-aN Points for ticket purchases.

  Refund amount: Half of the total purchase price, including system usage fees

 [hololive Summer 2023 3DLIVE Splash Party! Sunshine Viewing Ticket]
  Refund amount: Full purchase price, including system usage fees.

*We will accept refund requests from customers who accidentally purchased duplicate viewing tickets due to the server error, including system usage fees for the duplicate transactions.

 

[ Credit card payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay ]

There is no need to initiate the refund process yourself. Once the refund process is completed, you will receive a refund receipt via email. If you use a spam filter, please ensure that you whitelist the domain "@zan-live.com" to ensure receipt of the email.
The timing for the refund to be reflected varies depending on your credit card company. In some cases, it may take up to two months. For specific details regarding the timing of the refund, we kindly ask you to contact your credit card issuing company.

 

[ Alipay, WeChat Pay ]

We kindly ask you to provide the necessary bank account information for the refund process.
